Withdrawal Information
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Pipeloops – Reiner Suikat, Am Schwarzen Berge 28B, 38112 Braunschweig, Germany, email: pipeloops@pipeloops.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form supplied with the order confirmation, but this is not obligatory. You may also submit your withdrawal using the withdrawal function on our website.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium which obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires when the trader has begun performance after the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledged that this consent will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal once performance begins, and received the confirmation required by Section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Where applicable, this consent is requested separately during checkout. Placing or paying for an order does not, by itself, cause the right of withdrawal to expire early.
