In order to be able to place an order in our webshop each customer must establish a password protected user account. This account contains a list of past and active orders. The website owner does not assume liability for password misuse, as long as this has not been caused by himself.

·      Payment method (note that the website does not collect nor store any banking account information! These are collected only by certified payment providers and not transferred to us).

Only such data that are required for shipment or order processing will be transferred to third parties by us (e.g. your address to the postal service). The data are stored on our site as long as this is required by law. When storage of your data is not needed nor legally required any more it will be deleted.

Use of Contact Data

When you are using our contact form to contact us the data you are providing are stored and used to process and answer to your request. These data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit agreement.

User Rights: Information, Correction and Deletion

On request the user will get information about which personal data are stored on our site free of charge. On request we will also correct any false personal data stored on our site and delete your data unless continued storage is required by law.

The website also provides a direct means for customers to correct their personal data.
