All our sample sets are offered as download items. After receipt of your payment you will get a download link from us. This link is available on your "my account" page (look
at your order history).
Orders from outside the European Community
For orders from outside the European Community no VAT (19% inside the EC) is applied. The store will show the net price.
Commercial customers from European countries (other than Germany)
Commercial customers from EC countries (excluding Germany) with tax identification number can purchase our sample sets without VAT added by us. Please mail us your tax ID before your first purchase, and as soon as we have checked and stored it in the database your online purchase will be automatically without added VAT. Please note that you will have to pay VAT in your own country and that the invoice will have a note to that effect.
Payment
Bank transfer / Check
If you pay via bank transfer, please make sure that you cover all transfer expenses,
so that our account is credited the full amount. International banking information is given on
your invoice. Should you plan to pay by check, please add an additional 12,00 � to the amount. This
fee is charged by the german bank for accepting international checks. Your order will be delivered
as soon as your payment arrives.
VISA/MasterCard
Payment with credit cards is available via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account for this. Please select PayPal as payment option in the checkout process, and PayPal will offer you the choise of payment.
Paypal
Payment via Paypal is also available. You will be redirected to a secured web-payment page of PayPal.
