Delivery and Payment
Digital Delivery
All sample sets offered by Pipeloops are supplied exclusively
as digital downloads. No physical data carrier will be shipped.
After payment has been received and the order has been activated,
the purchased sample sets will be available for download
from the customer's account.
For sample sets requiring licence activation, the customer
will additionally receive an activation code.
Pipeloops does not transmit any personal customer data
to Hauptwerk, PACE/iLok or any other provider in connection
with the activation. The customer's use of the activation code
may be subject to the terms of the respective licensing system.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
For payments by bank transfer, the customer will be provided
with the necessary bank details after placing the order.
The download will be made available after payment has been received.
For payments made via PayPal, payment processing is carried
out by PayPal. Data required for processing the payment
is processed by PayPal under its own responsibility in
accordance with applicable data protection law.
Prices and Taxes
Prices and taxes displayed in the shop are determined according
to the customer's location or, for logged-in customers,
according to the address stored in the customer account.
For customers within the European Union, prices are displayed
including the VAT charged by Pipeloops.
For customers in the United Kingdom, prices are displayed
including UK VAT charged by Pipeloops.
For customers in countries where Pipeloops does not collect
VAT or a comparable consumption tax, prices are displayed
without such tax.
The applicable tax treatment and total price for the individual
customer are displayed before the order is completed.
For eligible business customers within the European Union,
the reverse-charge mechanism may apply where the applicable
statutory requirements are met.
